Terms for a healthier kind of competition.
1. Operator and eligibility
Integrated Mechanical Systems LLC operates Arena, separately from its HVAC services. Kevin Linardos is the company's support/privacy contact. You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. Beta access is personal and may not be sold. Review these terms before using the beta; if you disagree, do not participate.
2. Wellness, not medical care
Arena provides general fitness and nutrition information and organizational tools. It does not diagnose, treat, provide emergency monitoring, or replace a qualified healthcare, fitness or nutrition professional. Food values, calorie estimates, plans, forecasts, demonstrations and coaching can be incomplete or wrong. Stop activity when you have pain or concerning symptoms. Seek appropriate professional advice before significant changes, especially with an injury, medical condition, pregnancy or history of disordered eating. Contact emergency services for an emergency.
3. Accounts and records
Local tracking does not require an account. Optional admitted accounts support private groups and explicit cloud snapshots. An account does not automatically upload your diary. Ordinary local app storage is not a separately encrypted vault; cloud snapshots are not end-to-end encrypted. Keep your device and email account secure. Do not share personal login credentials. Designated store-review accounts may be shared only with the relevant store's authorized reviewers.
Features, availability and beta data may change. Do not rely on the beta as your only copy of important records. Sign-out, local reset, cloud-copy removal and account deletion have different effects; review each confirmation and the Privacy Notice.
4. Friendly competition and acceptable use
Do not harass, impersonate, threaten, encourage dangerous restriction/dehydration/overtraining, upload malicious content or attempt unauthorized access. Never pressure others to reveal private health or faith information. Group scores are motivational estimates, not verified athletic records, and must not be used for gambling or high-stakes employment, insurance or medical decisions. Report problems to the support contact. We may restrict access or remove content for abuse, subject to applicable rights.
5. Content and intellectual property
Rights in the app and its content remain with their lawful owners and licensors. You receive permission to use the beta for personal evaluation, subject to those rights and these terms. No professional certification or license for third-party content is implied by its inclusion. You retain rights to your own entries; we process them only as necessary for your selected features and the Privacy Notice. We may use voluntarily supplied product feedback to improve the service, without publicly identifying you unless permitted.
6. Integrations and optional features
Health/watch imports depend on compatible phone services, permissions and source quality. They may be missing, delayed or duplicated. Arena does not directly support every tracker. Camera, photos and notifications follow device permission controls. Optional Christian features are not required for participation. Paid live AI and automatic reviewed cloud synchronization are disabled in this beta. Future activation requires appropriate disclosures and choices; local coaching can still be wrong.
7. Ending participation and changes
You can stop using Arena and request account/data deletion. Revoking beta access does not remove applicable privacy rights. We may revise or discontinue the beta subject to applicable law and notice obligations. Material changes will be communicated as required; continued use does not replace consent required for new sensitive-data processing. A future move to another company is not automatic and must meet applicable notice, consent and contractual requirements.
8. Availability and legal rights
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete data, fitness results or freedom from errors. Nothing here limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable consumer, privacy and personal-injury protections. These terms do not assert immunity for the company or its personnel and contain no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or fixed damages cap.
Florida and applicable United States law govern except where mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. Contact us first to discuss a concern; this does not prevent exercising legal rights or meeting a legal deadline.
